At Collagevita®, we are committed to ensuring your order arrives safely, securely, and as quickly as possible. Please read our delivery policy carefully before placing your order.
Delivery Areas
We currently deliver throughout the United Kingdom.
International delivery may become available in the future. Please contact us before placing an overseas order.
Order Processing
- Orders are processed Monday to Friday (excluding public holidays).
- Orders placed before 2:00 PM (UK Time) are usually processed on the same business day.
- Orders placed after the cut-off time will be processed on the next working day.
Delivery Time

Delayed Deliveries

Incorrect Delivery Address
Please ensure your delivery address is accurate before completing your purchase.
Collagevita cannot accept responsibility for delays or failed deliveries resulting from incorrect address information provided by the customer.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your parcel arrives damaged or has not been delivered within the expected timeframe, please contact us as soon as possible.
We will work with the courier to investigate the issue and provide an appropriate resolution where applicable.
Failed Deliveries
If a delivery attempt is unsuccessful, the courier may:
- Attempt redelivery
- Leave the parcel in a safe place (where appropriate)
- Deliver to a local collection point
- Return the parcel to us
Additional delivery charges may apply if an order needs to be resent.
International Orders
At present, we primarily deliver within the United Kingdom.
If international shipping becomes available, additional delivery charges, customs duties, taxes, and import fees may apply depending on the destination country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.
